Headwaters Marine is a small local business out of Vancouver, WA that builds premium catarafts from a fisherman's perspective. The founder, born and raised in the Vancouver area, has spent his entire life fishing and floating various rivers in the Pacific NW and wanted to create a vessel that would work for every type of fishing/floating desired.
